“Bad insurance company”

Be aware octagon Insurance are very unhelpful. Just rang them to update current car insurance policy to change address the cancelled the policy altogether giving 14 days notice to find another insurance. The policy was going on since last six months and the customer service advisor says that they have cancel an existing customer who did not make any claim with them since last six months or any endorsement on driving license just clean since last 8 years with no points. That how they respect there existing customers.
