“False advertising & unbelieavably inept customer service”

Just placed an online order on the basis of a prominent messge saying "Get free next day delivery if ordered within the next 4 hours" but the confirmation displayed said it would be available from 7 days hence. I called to query this and had to make two calls to two different numbers and speak to three different people before finding anyone who would even comment. Unfortunately his only comment was that someone would email me back.

Free next-day product availability is now the norm with the likes of Argos. For Currys/PC World to advertise it and not deliver it (and, apparently not even try) is simply false advertising and illegal.

Why is there no zero star option?!
