“V. terrible customer service and they take unauthorise...”

Europcar UK is a very bad company. I was charged over £600 because their staff incompetency. The customer service is poor and they give wrong information, they also lie. I was informed that a driver was on their way to pick up my car after the rental, no driver came and I was charged fee due to their fault. I tried to get the money back but no luck.

Do not use this company or give them your card, unless you want to be charged for someone that is not under your control.

I will not recommend this company to anyone .

BEWARE and stay clear from this company.
