“Christmas Cards (not) what a disappointment”

Spend ages putting a Christmas Card together and finished product on screen looked great. £16.00 for 20 cards and envelopes. Quick turnaround time and they arrived to great excitement to see them for real.
What a disappointment. Not cards at all! Single flat card with pictures on front only - not what the order confirmation stated as:

7x5 280 gsm matt stationery photo cards w/ envelopes Merry Christmas, Happy New Year.

I am to believe that I did not read the small print - so make sure that you do.
