Paid for what was only marginally better price but at that time the reviews on were generally good.
Issued with invoice with airline reference which was recognised by the airline so I could select seats etc.
2 weeks later the booking had gone from airline system - contacted airline and was told booking had been cancelled by travel agent!
They then issued me with another airline ref which stayed on for about a week.
Then it was "issue e-tix by 15 November". Now (16 November, "issue e-tix if you pay extra", if not have to wait until 2 weeks before departure.
Apparently It is "Not my concern" that tickets have not been issued.
They are rude on the phone, will not respond to direct questions but just read out a set line of rubbish.
I will be starting down the line of breach of contract now.
