“refund for ticket that was paid for twice”

I was booked the ticket for Finnair online. The first attempt of payment by card was
declined. I tried another Card that was approved. Later on it became clear that both
transactions were made from bank accounts. But the refund wasn't done automatically.

I phoned to Supporting Service of Bravoavia, checked all details of
transaction. The Service is effective - I've got prompt, professional and clear instructions. Within two days my problem was solved. During all this time they kept me informed -it's very helpful.
