“Awful product quality. Appalling customer service”

I contacted wowcher to advise I had received my item and the quality was appalling. They’re response was ‘We can see you have redeemed your offer. We cannot help. Contact the supplier’ Wowcher were the supplier!!
I have now contacted them 3 times, and they are not responding to my refund request.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
