Have made several orders from Debenhams flowers and recipients have been delighted. I decided to order something for my sisters birthday and as she loves Orchids I was pleased to discover a twin white Orchid on the website. This cost £31. Was sent on 21 October. My Sister received this but didn't recognise it as an Orchid. In fact she sent me a photo and I was horrified to discover it looked nothing like picture on website It was miniature approx 25cm high. The flowers were tiny like a miniature white daffodil shape and did not resemble an Orchid at ALL. I was so disappointed and feel that they need to be more specific with the description as I would definately NOT have ordered this plant if I'd have known this was a tiny flowered plant and not a traditional orchid as we know it.
