“No Refund on Policy”

Having been a member of the RAC for 10 years I changed my car and no longer needed the cover. Although I had 6 months remaining on policy I wasn't entitled to refund as RAC only offer refunds if cancelled in the first 14 days.

Also, to cancel the policy you have to phone them direct, be prepared to be hold for a long time.
