“Groupon Voucher- Not what it says on the tin.”

I had a similar experience to the other Groupon user- when it came to booking the deal I had to pay additional funds to secure the correct flights (from London rather than Manchester, even though I chose London when I brought the voucher) and a 4* hotel with breakfast (again mentioned in the voucher). Still worked out to be a good deal, but not what I had purchased.
The staff were very helpful, but the phones lines were awful and there seemed to be some language issues which meant that some of our details were taken wrong a number of times and had to be confirmed, then re-confirmed. It could (and should?) have been booked in one phone call but instead turned into 7 days of multiple phone calls, emails and miscommunications.
The staff remained patient and polite throughout but it all in all it was a bit of a nightmare to actually get the booking together.
