“Horrid Experience”

I ordered items because of Victorian Plumbing beguiling website. The order confirmation left it unclear whether they would deliver next week or next year. When I tried to contact them I was number 43 (yes, 43!) in line. A query I sent them by email went unanswered but they sent me an email asking me to rate their performance! Fearing a trick, I checked out their address ("Diamond House"!) on Google Street View and was alarmed when I saw their ramshackle building. I eventually managed to get through to cancel the order and much to my surprise they cancelled it via PayPal in a few hours.
