“Unable to deliver to office in working hours”

Apparently they could not deliver to a office between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00, really?

I really needed this delivery and now I have to wait until Monday (was supposed to arrive on Thursday). Why do companies use these horrible delivery companies, it makes no sense. I will be avoiding Wiggle now because of this.

Oh and its 7p a min if you want to call and of course there automated system is one of the worst I have seen, just to extract every last penny they can.
