I had been a contact lens customer at Bootsfor several years, but after my cataract operations a year ago, I could see perfectly . Unfortunately, my sight had become weaker and a month ago I attempted to make an appointment.
1) phone lines not answered..had to go to store.
2)promised test lenses?? where were they? again had to go to store. Staff had no knowledge.But the request was acknowledged
3) 5 calls over 3 weeks. 3 visits to store....No results.
4) cancelled lens app tomorrow as no test lenses supplied!
Leaving the area for three months,,shall have to go elsewhere. Boots Brighton has wasted my time. and appears unprofessional and chaotic.
