“External / Unknown Travel Agent”

First time we have used an online travel agent. Package put together was exactly as we had wanted ( and had tried unsuccesfully to put together ourselves ). He was prompt and efficient, and each step that was explained via e-mail actually happened. Ongoing communication was excellent.
Hotel booked was Doubletree ( Hilton ) in New York, and on arrival they had tried to place us into smaller rooms than we had booked, but eventually accommodated us with something more appropriate for our two adult sons. We recognise that this was the Hotel trying to manage and maximise room revenue, rather than anything attributable to Travel Unravel (whose booking instructions were clear ). Other than that, the trip went really well - so many thanks for all your help.
