“Rip Off Merchants”

This company will inform you when you phone for a quote that they charge 73 pounds including VAT per hour. This is a blatant lie. They actually charge 73 pounds per half hour so its 146 per hour. A ridiculous amount of money.
I booked one of their plumbers to fix a leaking trap under my sink. It took him exactly 25 minutes and I supplied all the materials yet they charged me 146 pounds. He simply lied about how long he was in my home claiming 45 minutes. When you phone to complain you get rude hopeless telephone staff and a disinterested arrogant manager....AVOID AT ALL COSTS
