Ive been ordering from asos for a few years now and I use them a lot. Ive never had a problem until now, I order a GHD set over a month ago and when it arrived the GHDs and 1 clip were missing, a rang them the next day to inform them and I was told to send the item back as 'faulty' and I would get a refund. I did so and saw no refund for over 7 working days and then the item was actually sent back to me with a note saying they were unable to give me refund because items were missing even though that's how they had sent it to me! I rang them again and I was told it was a mistake and I should send them back and i'll get a refund. I sent the item back on the 31st of October and still no refund even after multiple calls and emails.
All I want is my money back so I can buy another set as the one I originally ordered it out of stock anyway.
