“Friendly, professional service”

I was contacted promptly after registering my interest about re-mortgaging. The phone call was efficient and all my needs were taken into consideration before an appointment was booked. I thought it would be difficult to arrange a time as my partner works shifts but the advisor was very flexible and understanding about the difficulty of planning around shifts and we managed to quickly plan the initial meeting in. We felt very comfortable with the advisor and everything was explained succinctly and in simple terms. We felt that the advisor really understood our needs and were happy with the recommendations made and way forward. It was even better that the meeting could take place in the comfort of our own home where we had access to all the information needed. We felt that we were listened to and that the process wasn't driven by computer systems which was refreshing, overall we had a great experience from start to end and even after the application was processed the advisor has continued to be very helpful answering any questions we had a long the way. The remortgage was completed quickly too and we have been very impressed with the service provided at Your Mortgage Decisions.
