“good smooth experience”

very easy to use and their cover details were very clear.
payment process was simply and hassle free, and the follow up call from the budget representative was a nice touch - not pushy to include more in the cover, but left no stone unturned to make sure I understood what happened next and I understood the whole of the policy details.
