Travel Insurance Policy is extremely comprehensive (and call centre staff were helpful).
Cancelled cards when they shouldn't have done so, and not reordered new ones
Takes a long time - 10 days to receive your card
Pre spending limit of £1,000, which they do not tell you about. Therefore if you spend more than this in the first few months, the card will be denied
Don't place the customer first
After 15 days of poor customer service, I have now cancelled my card, and I will hopefully receive a refund of my membership fee.
American Express need to become less arrogant!
