“Over charged and refused to correct”

I bought a number of items totalling about £130, which I had a £12 voucher to use as part payment, Smyth`s Cheltenham over charged me for one of the items, should of been £58 and they charged me £64, but because I used a voucher as part payment they refused to refund me the £6 I was over charged.
