next day delivery not available, despite being advertised.
Call handlers are nice, but unable to confirm what is going on.
Despite delivery for next day on my day off, they confirm delivery for the day I am at work so still waiting to get this resolved.
Bed isn't cheap, so you would expect a lot better service. Reading between the lines, it isn't bedstar, it is the couriers that are used to deliver the beds. Was told the courier had emailed me!
At this stage, cannot comment on the bed as still waiting to receive it! Disappointed and won't use them again unless this is sorted out today
