Customer Services is appalling. I was declined on a £150 purchase from Marks & Spencer. So much for no pre set spending limit. Perhaps it should say, no spending limit. I have now asked for a refund as I have no confidence in the card
General Comments
I called Customer Services as a result of an incident described below. The service I received was appalling. They refused me access to a Supervisor and said the best they could do was provide a call back within 24 hours.
