“Excellent service & price!”

Insured my pet rabbit with petplan. I work at a vets so see how much in bills rabbits can rack up! I insured her over the phone, it was really easy and staff were lovely. They answered all my questions promptly too. I got a good deal on the price, thought its more expensive than other pet insurance their excess is much lower and they are much more efficient.

I handed in my first claim form to the vets last Monday, and received and email today (Sunday) to say my money would be paid in the next few days. I didn't expect it to be so quick. It has given me lots of reassurance and that I don't have to worry about the vet bills when my rabbit gets sick.

Would definitely recommend to anyone!
