“Poor customer service”

I went with my family to the Cape Verde in Aoril 2015 on a 'platinum' holiday and we were all totally taken aback by the complete lack of customer service given by Thomson. We got nothing more than we would have expected by booking the flights and hotel independently ourselves expect an inflated price. Avoid booking with Thomson at all costs as when I complained they believe that this is normal service and if I needed a rep then all I had to do was ring the emergency number.
