“Historical Review. Outstanding company”

I purchased an Audi from you over a year ago, due to business commitments I have been unable to comment until now however I hope these comments have been worth the wait.

I had previously received some quite frightful service form a main dealer which prompted my on-line search for my dream car. It just so happened that my search lead me to your Manchester branch.

I entered your showroom expecting to be jumped on by the first sales person I saw this did not happen and was free to wander through your selection of cars which I have to say is outstanding, On finding my soon to be new car I met with a delightful chap who assisted me in confirming the car was for me. I went away a little shocked that I wasn't hounded for my deposit there and then and called the call centre to place my order later that day.

Then I arrived for my "Handover" a completely alien concept even to me who had purchased a number of cars in the past from a variety of main dealers. I was greeted, she explained everything to me in a way I would understand paired my phone to the Bluetooth (something I didn't know the car had, I had also booked for one to be fitted which would have cost me several hundred unnecessary pounds). she was professional, knowledgeable and quite frankly one of the best ambassadors The Car People could have her passion for the business is second to none.

Following my handover I linked with her on LinkedIn as I wanted to be sure should I purchase a car again I could gain her advise and support through the process. her recent return is what prompted my review today

I would be more than happy to buy from you again and have made many reconsiderations to friends and family who I know have bought from you since my purchase last year.

I am glad to finally put my thoughts into words and look forward to my next experience with The Car People
