Good Points
Accepted everywhere (in the USA!!)

Bad Points
Hardly anyone takes AMEX in the UK. Also my credit limit for this "Platinum" card is much lower than all my other Classic and Gold cards!!

General Comments
Someone made a data entry error for my date of birth, and I could not access my account online until I sent a copy of my passport. The Credit limit for my American Express Platinum Credit Card is low, they ignored my request to increase even though I provided them with a copy of another card statement. They recently reduced their cahsback, leaving almost no incentive for me to use their card in preference to others.
