“Blurry picture!”

I have been very satisfied with my orders from you, however, my last order was quite disappointing. The 8x10 picture of my grandson was blurry and darker than the original photo I uploaded. I am surprised that the scan to correct/print did not catch this. I will continue to be your customer, but I did want to inform you that something did not work on your end. Thank you
