“Hasle free and money saving”

The mortgage advisor was very helpful and professional, made the process pain free for me and saved me quite a bit of money, so I was happy to pay the fee and have my mortgage looked after by them for the whole of its length. This means that they will make sure the mortgage is reviewed before the end of the fixed period so I don't spend more than I should reverting to the standard rate. This is such a convenience when you have to juggle hundreds of things in life and you can afford the fee (which is easy when it is integrated into the mortgage and your payments are low or have gone down thanks to this service).

I was also recommended other relevant products and felt able to make my own decision without being pushed, so that was very helpful as well. I guess if you prioritize spending less in the process, you could find other mortgage advisors out there free of charge. But then my experience is that they haven't been so effective at saving me money in the medium term. I'm not sure in the long run because mortgages are very complicated for a person not in the trade. Weĺl see.
