I ordered Clothing online for my 6 year old and one of the pair of jeans didn't fit. I called H&M and they ask me to use the return label and choose the size I wanted as an even exchange.Three weeks later I had not received the jeans, I check my account they kept the jeans charged me $5.95 for a return fee and never sent the new size. I called them again and questioned them and the rep advised me to place another order and refuse to give me credit for $5.95. It's not about the small fee However, when your so use to dealing with excellent customer service like Gap, Amazon, Crazy 8 etc. You expect that kind of Service everywhere. Silly me.
