“FIREFLY charged 140 Euros for none-fault breakdown!”

Please be aware of Firefly terms and conditions. If you have your own insurance and breakdown with a fault that is nothing to do with you. Firefly charge you the recovery costs, irrespective of them admitting it is their fault. I broke down with oil pouring from engine and had to be recovered from motorway. I learnt later this car had been losing oil for up to three months and they still charged me! This is not fair and should be stopped. Please check out other car hire companies which give free breakdown assistance.
