“The ultimate worst company”

I am still sitting here waiting for my parcel that should have been delivered guarenteed next day on the 4th Nov and today is the 7th! There was a partial delivery two days late, apparently according to their website i have reschedulled, which i haven't as i didn't even know which company was delivering it! Was told by delivery man part two would be here tomorrow, it wasn't looked at website again says the next day, looked at website again say i have then rescheduled it again! Which i haven't apparently down for delivery this morning between 9.45 and 10.45 just had another nosey and doesn't look like it will be getting here today either as it say apparently i have reschedulled again its currently 12.30 so looking like another non-delivery with a lie attached as to why it isn't here. This is a two part parcel to make up one entire item, parcel one is useless without the items in parcel number two... so four days of my life have been wasted sitting here waiting for somebody to do the job they have been paid to do, which is not to falsify me asking for different delivery dates just because they can't be bothered to actually deliver. Have spoken with them on the phone to be told item is on a van no idea where said van is or when it will be delivered but its on a van!! never in all my born days did i think there actually were company opperating like this in teh current climate i would have expected that people wished to ensure that they received repeat business. Not a company i will be ever using again nor will i be buying from any company who tells me that this is their courier i have far better things to do in this life than sit here wasting my life waiting for somebody to do the job they have been employed and paid to do and are expecting to have brilliant reviews of their non-service.
