“3 hours waiting for NOTHING”

Shame on #Europcar Express Assistance Service. After +3h nobody appeared! I waste my day to finally leave the car on the side of the street, still worst I lost my flight connection thanks to this ad infinitum time in such a suspicious "express" for a nonsense assistance.
