Mothercare do not seem to care for mothers at all. I took my eight day old baby to a store thinking it would be an ideal first trip out, only to be horrified at their feeding and changing facilities. I am breast feeding and was expected to sit in the toilet on a hard bench. There was also a bottle warmer next to a cubicle, I'm sure staff would like to heat their lunch in a toilet.
A store specialising in baby products should have a separate parent room for mums and dads to clean and change their children in a clean environment.
