Rent a property through Countrywide. No one person dealing with account so you often have to explain what you are calling for numerous times. They charge for everything, we recieved 2 letters from them and they tried to charge us £60 for it! When I called to query this, they transferred me numerous times.

Absolutely awful awful company, never again will I go to them.
