Just back from 5 days at Craig Tara and despite what I read prior to going, the family had a great time. Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in Alloway village which was 3 mins walk from the main complex. There was plenty to do all week from the funfair during the day to entertainment in the evenings. The caravan, although not the biggest, was dead on for a family of 4. Plenty of choice food wise although we did quite a bit of cooking in the caravan to save a few quid. My only gripe would be the amount of seagulls on site. They woke us up about 5am most mornings like something out of a Hitchcock movie...oh, and they were about the size of a small child too! All in all we had a great time and have booked it for the same time next year.
