On arrival the caravan was dirty and tatty.The oven was filthy and had not been cleaned out from previous people. We originally booked a prestige caravan but had to take our dogs with us and had to stay in standard accomodation, our dogs (jack russells) were probably better behaved than previous occupents of the caravan! Curtains were hung down blinds were broken, there was brown stains on the bathroom walls, ( i dread to think what they were). The caravan stunk of cigarettes. The windows had sticky marks over them. I complained and a member of the cleaning team came and gave it a wipe over, i would keep a dog kennel cleaner. Imediately after the cleaner had left i went to the shop and bought bleach to clean the caravan, Im not a clean freak but the caravan made my skin crawl. The duvet cover had fag burns and the pillow cases had stains on them. Havin stayed at haven resorts before i was disgusted with the caravan. The state of the accomodation spoiled what would have been an otherwise ok holiday.
