Mobile Phone Insurance - Rubbish

My claim for mobile phone insurance has been going on for almost a month and is not getting any further.

I know all these thing can take time but that is not any excuse for the

poor standards in dealing with this claim

the lengthy time scales

the inadequate note taking of members of the team and

the incorrect information that has been passed on to me.

I am very dissatisfied with this and still without a phone.

I will be reporting this to the financial ombudsman.
