“Disappointed 16 year old granddaughter ”

Brought a crystal bracelet for my granddaughters 16 birthday she has had it 6weeks and the crystals have started to come out I paid 59.00 for this took it back to be told it was her fault she must have got perfume or make up on it but if this was the case would t all the crystals be dropping out not an odd one here or there ver very un happy I have spent a lot of money in warren James but never again if the bracelet was so delicate we should have been given dos and don't instructions now I have a upset granddaughter who can't wear her 16th birthday present
