Ordered an ironing board & iron -received the board the next which was great but the iron was coming from supplier-after about 3 weeks I received an email to review the iron which still had not been delivered. This is when I contacted customer service......I was continually told I would get a call back , usually the next day, when they had looked into the matter & contacted the supplier. This didn't happen until the fifth time I phoned & said I just wanted my money back. This person said I would get my delivery refunded & £5 for the inconvenience-this didn't happen either. About 2 weeks after my initial contact I was told the iron was now confirmed as lost & I would get refunded but the item was still in stock & I could reorder it if I wanted. I don't think so!!! Said I'd take the refund but she checked to make sure I would still get the delivery back?!
Will never use George.com again....
