Hi
I have been buying from ASOS for 5 years .About 4 weeks ago I place an order on line and they lost it as there was nothing on the parcel saying to sign as I always have sign for my delivery. I got in touch with them more then 10 times they keept saying yes will get back to you we will fix this it has been 4 weeks till now nothing has been done .They ask of me something really stupid to give them a different adreess but I don,t have 2 homes I had to get a parcel box from the post as that what they ask me to do and they will refund me my money.
Now they asking me to screen shot my details it is one thing after another with no refund my next step is to the Tracey Grimeshaw TV as people need to know of they customer service they put you through hell to get your money back I will never buy from them ever again I have been a loyal customer for 5 years what a waste
