I have just spent 2 days trying to get through to Tescos claim line (40 minutes just now was my last attempt) hanging on to a phone waiting for someone to actually answer the phone! They are quick enough to answer the phone when you want to join them (and quick enough to take your money!) but dont answer the claim lines! Awful, awful service. I will be changing to someone else shortly. Why don't they have email addresses or more staff??
