I ordered a fug 3 weeks ago I was given the date of delivery which passed and it never turned up so I was given another date it never turned up again and this happened 4 times it still hasn't arrived although I am annoyed about the item not arriving yet I understand that sometimes this happens my annoyance is with Argos so called "customer service" or more to the point their lack of said service
Quite simply the worst customer service of any company anywhere in the world .... It is ridiculous that a company as big and as Argos could have such appauling service
It takes over 30 minutes to get through to anyone on a good day and when you do
Their advisors are uninterested, rude and generally useless. They immediately either put you on hold for a further 30 minutes minimum I have been on hold for over an hour and 30 minutes or they simply hang up on you after telling you there's nothing they can do.
The managers are even worse and it seems that in order to be promoted to manager you have to be the rudest, laziest and most ignorant person in the office.
The term customer service is completely wrong for what Argos do in fact it shouldn't be aloud to use this term under the trades description act !!!
ARGOS YOU SUCK !!!!
