“More then Terrible am Furious”

Ordered online shopping to be delivered Friday night, didn't turn up and no phone call to tell us why, following day multiple phone calls made (Over 6) to customer services who have told us they will call us back after speaking to the store, Didn't get a single call back! Eventually got them to rearrange delivery for Sunday plus they gave us 25 pounds eVouchers with the delivery fee knocked off.
Called the store directly who informed me they did not receive a single phone call from them about what was going on with us, the customer service people say they did (I know who I believe).
Receive confirmation email for the rearranged delivery which comes to a higher amount then the original order (9p added to the shopping, £6 delivery fee)
Call them again and speak to the manager informed that the delivery charge will appear on the email but will not be charged.
All seems to be sorted out to a happy conclusion......
Fast forward a few days money comes out of the account for the order with the delivery charge still on it plus money comes out for the original order! so having been charged twice (Over £100 for a £50 order) Girlfriend calls customer service (A woman called Sizila, not sure if that's spelt right) who point blank refuses to refund the first order which did not turn up or to allow her to speak to a manager and is generally very rude to the point where after the phone call I get a call from my girlfriend in tears!
I call up then and demand the refund which is given (Still being charged the delivery we were told was being dropped) told the manager would have to call me back in about two hours and I never heard a thing back,
We have a two year old child who was left hungry Friday night and spent over £40 covering for their mistakes to feed my family.
Will be calling them again very soon and never shopping with them again and will go out of my way to make sure no one I know will either.
