Parcel collected from local store then tracked, dispatch from Stoke Depot never to be seen again..... When contacted gave full description of package and contents after investigation sorry sir we can't find your parcel, in this day and Age things do not just vanish into thin air so what happened to it from Stoke Depot to its next port of call, it's totally unacceptable for them to say we can't find it.... They've certainly fallen short of there duties and commitment to be trusted with customers goods, after this event I'm well out of pocket due to their incompetence and I shall never ever use them again..... One can only assume that at this time of year with Christmas looming there are opportunists about.....
