Do not adverise with them.
They wait for you to have a booking to suddenly check your identity. While they do so, the rent is withhold and you have guests staying for free.
They ask you for proofs of ID, original pictures and to log into your account when blocked it. they keep asking for other proofs of ID. When you ask them to guide you, they cannot articulate an answer or give you advice.
They cannot confirm when the verification will be finalized and you will be approved. So when the rent will be released.
They don't care if you have to ask the guests to move out since you have no guarantee you will get the rent.
Very bad customer service and little respects for their customers.
