“AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I booked a flight through bravofly got a reservation confirmed email and then a phone call shortly after. It was an unknown number and the guy on he other end didn't even state where he was from when I answered just said hello you owe us more money for flight. He also wanted my card details over the phone, without asking me any security questions and asking for the money in euros (I paid in British pounds). i also couldn't understand him which didn't help when I asked for a manager it was another foreign person who couldn't speak English. It sounded like a trick so I had to call back with the number from the email. Yes the price I had confirmed Went up I had to pay another £43.00 if I wanted my flights. So I cancelled my flight as I knew there were cheaper ones through sky scanner. I then saw bravofly advertising the flights even cheaper through sky scanner and thought it was strange so I tried to book again. But once again I got a phone call and an email after the extra money which had now gone up to £53.00. I called them back and all I was told was it is the airline not them. Then it went up to £63.00 all of a sudden, Again it was the airline not bravofly. I was asked do you want to pay or cancel? At the same time my boyfriend was checking to see what price the flights were with the airline directly. Turned out they were £647.00 and bravofly were£687.00 now. I explained this to the woman on the phone she replied with your wrong and started shouting At me demanding I answer her question as that was the only one she was interested in. Do you want to pay extra or cancel? I asked for a manager apparently she was it! Got no where with her she wasn't interested in helping an upset customer she wanted my money or for me to go away. Either way she didn't care.
