“Worst delivery service ever”

Parcel Force fail in everything they should do to deliver a parcel to me!

First I was waiting at home for the delivery when I saw on the track-trace page that it was delivered to someone I don't know at number 12 (I live at n.68!!!)

I did phone the customer service and, after a little wait I was talking with a woman who probably didn't like to handle my problem so, she pass my phone call to a colleague of her without say a word to me (or to the colleague, in fact I have to start again from the top my problem explanation).
I wait at phone 17 minutes before to talk with someone else who took long time to re-book the driver to collect my parcel from the wrong address and deliver it to me on the next day without be able to replay to some of my questions (like what happen if the driver will not find that person? what happen if my parcel will be opened?)

Of course nothing happened, no driver came here on the next day, no phone call from parcelforce to tell me anything so I just walk to this strangers people house (at n.12), knocking all doors asking for my parcel and nobody knows anything about it. The driver mistake even to write the address!!!!!! He didn't deliver my stuff at the number 12 of my road and not any sing of life from parcelforce.
I was getting pretty desperate to have lost my parcel but luckily the person it was given called me. He have not idea why the parcel was given to him (who doesn't live btw at the n.12 as the driver said). He told me that when he realized it wasn't his parcel he did try to stop the driver (who was still there, in front of his house) but the driver just came on his vehicle and drive away.
Nothing of this make sense to me, is this the way to work? It's no neither possible to talk about quality in this case, everything on Parcel Force side was too cheap.
If it wasn't for a person who have nothing to do with you I definitely lost my parcel.
