“Worst company ever”

After having my motor bike stolen it appears there was a clause in the policy that unless the bike is in a garage they won't pay out.
After informing them of their other clause "not paying for fire damage as a result of hot bike given no ventilation" they still won't pay out.

They won't refund me any of their "admin" charges.

Absolutely shocking robbing company and the exact reason insurance companies get bad names !!!

Avoid at all costs! Also the associated Adrian flux although the they were slightly more pleasant to deal with.
