“extremely terrible customer service”

1 star is too much actually. But had to choose something.

Bought this sofa for my tenant. They complained that the sofa smelt bad, spoke to the customer services, who agreed to replace the sofa for free and we raised a request. The request wasn't dealt for many days and when someone came back to us the price of the sofa had increased, next day delivery for the same sofa wasn't available and they also said they would charge £40 for the exchange which they had originally agreed to do for free. The increased amount was over our budget so I then made a request for another sofa. The request wasn't dealt at all and the ticket was closed saying they didn't receive any info from us. Even though I had replied on time.

Will not shop again or recommend to anyone.
