“Useless Parcel Service”

Had an order shipped from Dabs.com, one part arrived within 20 hours courtesy of Parcelforce, 2 weeks later UPS still can't fathom where to send the remainder of it and are incapable of answering a phone. 9 attempts to call them averaging 15 minutes each and still no joy, to make matters worse they are less than 2 miles from my location. This is the forth time I've had problems with this company in the last year, horrendous service.
